Mark Wassef, MBA
President
Surety Protect LLC
Mark has accumulated over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. Beginning in the retail sector, he dedicated more than 16 years to managing various departments and dealerships.
Subsequently, Mark spent over 6 years at JM&A Group, where he played a pivotal role in training, coaching, and mentoring JM&A Specialists and dealership personnel. His journey led him to the position of District Manager, overseeing the Western Region's territories.
Transitioning to Hyundai Capital America, Mark served for over 7 1/2 years, culminating in his role as National Sales Director. At HCA, he initiated the Power Protect Extended Services (PPES) Division for HCI, managing the national sales operations of Hyundai Capital Insurance (HCI).
Equipped with extensive experience in servicing dealers nationwide, Mark founded his own Agency, "Surety Protect," offering cutting-edge F&I products and a seamless user experience to dealers and customers across the vehicle ownership lifecycle.
